Gratitude Meditation

As you may have heard, gratitude and joy are the highest vibrations and attractors available to us. Many of us practice gratitude for all we have and receive on a regular basis. What else would you like to bring into your life? New love… greater prosperity… inspiration and creativity…?

You may have heard the phrase “when two or more are gathered and have focused intention on what they desire the energy magnifies by ten fold.”  This will be a focused meditation on being grateful for all that we have received and all that is coming to us through our clear focused intention. As we meditate we build our energy together to draw our desires to us in a powerful way.
All are welcome! No experience is necessary.

OPEN HEART MEDITATION

During this meditation time together we will focus on connecting to our heart space and allowing our hearts to open.  When we are in our heart space we can allow ourselves to heal, by letting go of any past hurts, resentments, rejections or guilt you may be holding on to.  By letting go you allow love to expand in your mind and being. When we allow ourselves to operate in love, life flows and we are free.
